MileMark is an iPhone app for automatic mileage tracking and IRS tax deduction calculation. There are no MileMark accounts, and CoreFeld operates no servers, databases, or cloud services that collect or store your trip history.

Location and Motion Data

MileMark uses iOS Location Services (including background location when granted) and CoreMotion activity recognition solely to identify vehicular travel and compute trip mileage on your device. All GPS coordinates, route points, trip timestamps, odometer readings, and categorized destinations are processed and stored exclusively in your iPhone's local SwiftData storage. CoreFeld never receives, collects, or accesses your location data.

No Tracking, No Analytics, No Advertising

MileMark contains no third-party analytics libraries, advertising frameworks, or cross-app tracking software. It does not construct user profiles or sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Your data is never used to train machine-learning models.

Exports and Sharing

CSV reports and trip logs leave your phone only when you explicitly share them via the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination (such as saving to Files, AirDrop, or attaching to an email for your CPA). CoreFeld never receives copies of your exported files.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Apple processes all purchases and subscriptions for MileMark Pro. CoreFeld never receives or handles your credit card or billing details. When determining entitlement status, MileMark queries Apple's StoreKit API directly on your device to verify active purchases. No trip records or personal identifying information are transmitted during this process.

Device Backups

If you back up your iPhone using iCloud or a local computer backup, MileMark's local database may be included according to your personal iOS backup configuration. CoreFeld has no access to or control over your device backups.

Children

MileMark is a professional mileage and business expense utility directed at adults. It is not intended for or directed toward children under 13, and CoreFeld does not knowingly collect information from children.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete individual trips directly within the app at any time. Deleting the MileMark app from your device permanently removes its local database and all saved trips. Because CoreFeld maintains no server-side records, there is no remote data to request or erase. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription.
